Refunds & Returns
Babylonclothing does not accept returns or refunds on purchased items unless if the wrong size product was delivered and differs from what was purchased. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product that was received, please reach out to us and we may be able to come to a conclusion.
If return is accepted due to the above reasoning all returned items must be in new unworn condition in original packaging bag(s) with tags still attached. All return labels must be paid for by you, the customer. Return claims made 7 days after your order is delivered will not be considered. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5 business days for your exchange to be processed. If the item you requested to exchange is out of stock, a store credit will be issued as an alternative. Pre-Orders are not eligible for refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
